1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the integrative nutrition coaching services ("Services") provided by Rachel Kelloway under Simplywell LLC ("Coach", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in the Services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Description

Rachel’s 90-day coaching program includes:

Deep-dive intake and symptom timeline
Functional lab testing suite (bloodwork and related assessments)
Customized healing protocols (nutrition, supplements, stress/sleep/movement plans)
Bi-weekly 1:1 Zoom sessions and high-touch support
Nervous-system regulation and somatic integration strategies

These services are designed to support chronic health concerns through a personalized, lifestyle-based approach rooted in functional nutrition.

3. Client Responsibilities

By participating in the program, you agree to:

Provide accurate and honest health history and intake information
Actively engage in coaching sessions and action steps
Communicate any concerns or adverse effects in a timely manner
Consult your physician before implementing changes to your health, diet, or supplement routine

You understand that your success is dependent on your personal commitment and consistency. Individual results may vary.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Rachel Kelloway is not a licensed medical doctor, and the Services do not replace professional medical care. The information and guidance provided are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult your doctor before beginning any new health program, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking medications.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to beginning the program.
Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of the Services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the program begins.
In exceptional cases (e.g., serious medical issues), credits or deferrals may be considered at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All program content—including guides, protocols, tools, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Rachel Kelloway and Simplywell LLC.
You agree not to copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Personal and health information shared during coaching will remain confidential and used solely to support your program, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Technology & Communication

The Services are delivered virtually. You are responsible for having reliable internet and access to required communication tools.
Between-session support is available via private messaging with typical response times within 24–48 hours on business days.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule coaching calls with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed calls or cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited without refund.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Services for violations of these Terms, including failure to pay, non-compliance, or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

11. Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Simplywell LLC you agree to receive recurring messages related to your inquiries, scheduling, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.

12. Liability Waiver

You agree to participate in the program voluntarily and at your own risk. By enrolling, you release Rachel Kelloway and Simplywell LLC from liability related to the outcomes of your participation.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
